Privacy
Adultgarage sells domain names. Every page here is one name that is for sale. There is no account to create. The one form on this site is the lease request on a domain page, and offers and purchases are completed on Escrow.com. So operational requests can still produce security and service records as described below. Each domain page also carries one affiliate link, described below.
Updated 5 October 2026.
One link on each domain page is an affiliate link to a third-party site. Following it takes you there under that site’s own terms, and the link carries the name of the page you came from so we can tell which names send visitors. Nothing is set or recorded on this site when you click it.
What loads on these pages
- Google Analytics counts visits to domain pages and to the privacy and security pages. It sets its own cookies.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics measures how many people view each page and how quickly it loads. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. It records the page and referring addresses, page timing, browser and device type, and country; we see only totals by page, country, browser and similar groupings, never a record of one visit. Cloudflare adds it to every page as the page is delivered, so the cookie choices and Global Privacy Control do not switch it off.
- A challenge in front of the offer link, which checks that an offer is coming from a person. It is strictly necessary — without it the link is a bot funnel — so it runs either way.
Google Analytics loads only after you agree to it, on domain pages and the privacy and security pages, and never when the address carries a query string or fragment. Once it loads, it also records scrolling, clicks on links to other sites, starting and submitting the lease form, file downloads and page changes made without a reload. A form event names the form and where it is sent, never what you type into it. Analytics is never used for advertising. Decline and it never runs; the name is still for sale and every page still works. You can change your mind from “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a refusal and never ask.
Two things are kept in your own browser and never sent anywhere: your colour-theme choice, and your versioned analytics preference (advertising is always off), with no application expiry, so you are not asked again on every page. Change the answer from “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page, or clear this site’s data to be asked afresh. There is no server-side record of either.
If you make an offer
The offer button hands you to Escrow.com, which collects your details under its own privacy policy and on its own site. We receive what Escrow.com passes on about a live transaction — a name, an email address, an amount — and use it to negotiate and complete that sale, nothing else. It is kept while the name is for sale and for 24 months after the last message between us; records of a completed sale are kept for seven years under our records-retention policy. Specific legal obligations and holds are assessed separately.
If you lease a name
The lease form sends your email address and the term you chose to this site’s one endpoint, which opens the lease with Escrow.com and hands you to its agreement page. We keep that request — the email address, the term, the payment amounts, and the approximate location your connection reports — to complete the lease and to tell a retry from a second request, under the same retention as an offer. Escrow.com collects everything else under its own privacy policy.
Storage and disposal
The lease request keeps a request identifier in session storage, under a key containing the domain, email address, term and quoted plan, to avoid a second transaction after a reload. Session storage may survive browser restoration; clear this site's data to remove it, which also removes local retry information. Storage-blocked browsers use in-page state. Server reservations also keep the original request and financial-review evidence. Request expiry does not erase that evidence. Cloudflare processes request metadata to run the site, challenge and endpoints. Turnstile normally returns a one-use verification token; optional pre-clearance cookies are a separate feature.
Disposal requires operator review of the last correspondence, whether the domain is still for sale, financial or commission evidence and any hold. Missing evidence keeps records on hold. Linked financial records and processor copies require separate review. Active-record deletion does not immediately erase backup history, mailbox copies or exports. Provider retention is verified separately. Keyed service-operation identifiers may remain linkable; short-lived accounting and stable duplicate-prevention records have different disposal rules.
Cookie settings stays available in the footer. Revoking a loaded purpose requires a reload; entered form data is not silently discarded or copied into a new store. Analytics receives an explicit page address without query or fragment and an origin-only referrer. Automatic vendor behavior and account retention still require separate verification.
